Wall Street Journal editorial page 23 years ago. More

And, in fact, this has largely been our practice for the last 23 years.
This suggests to me that the open-border yahoos on the Journal editorial page know full well that the amnesty bill before Congress is toothless respecting border security. That's why they support it.
